摘要

application of ionic liquids as a solvent and catalyst in the extraction of phytosterols in vegetable and algal matrices. the present invention refers to the use of ionic liquids (lys) and their combinations in order to improve the results of the analysis of the extractive processes of phytosterols in several plant matrices, using less toxic, more efficient and reusable reagents. the use of ionic liquids in catalytic and extractive processes is in line with some principles of sustainable chemistry, such as energy efficiency, where it is emphasized that the use of ionic liquids in chemical processes is conducted at ambient temperature and pressure, thus being economically viable . the use in direct applications of ionic liquids as a phytosterol extraction reagent in plant matrices has not been reported in any researched work or in any other patent registration. therefore, the use of ionic liquids and their combinations is claimed as an extractor of phytosterols in oilseeds, fruits, fruits, macroalgae, microalgae, cyanophytes, samples and products of plant origin.
