Exemplary embodiments relate to an apparatus and a method for providing a dynamic collaboration service. A dynamic collaboration service platform according to one embodiment may include a collaboration managing module configured to collect and manage a plurality of unit services required for collaboration to analyze application service specification related to an application service and provide the application service based on the analyzed resu a service operating module configured to install and operate the collected plurality of unit services; and an execution engine configured to provide a virtual machine for executing the plurality of unit services.
