The heat generating element includes a heat sink in which a thermal resistance between a part that directly or indirectly contacts the heating element and a part that contacts the cooling liquid is set to a different value between different positions in which the cooling liquid flows. The temperature difference from the upstream end to the downstream end can be suppressed.
