PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane resin-based solvent type adhesive composition that has a good solubility of urethane resin, and has less risk of fire, as well as that has less risk of hazardous chemical.SOLUTION: The urethane resin-based solvent type adhesive composition comprises a solvent component obtained by formulating bromine-containing hydrocarbon compound, perfluorobutyl methyl ether, and lower alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and a polyurethane elastomer, and in which the composition in the solvent component is such that the bromine-containing hydrocarbon compound is by 40 to 90 mass%, the perfluorobutyl methyl ether is by 5 to 50 mass%, and the lower alcohol is by 3 to 10 mass%.
