PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of ensuring fireproof even if a gap is generated between a fireproof member and a wall surface.SOLUTION: A seal structure includes: an arrangement member 2 extending along an axis O so as to be inserted into a hole 13 formed in a wall 10; a fireproof seal material 3 for closing a space between an outer circumferential surface of the arrangement member 2 and an inner circumferential surface of the hole 13; a fireproof member 5 fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the arrangement member 2 on one side of the wall 10 in a direction of the axis O, contacting the wall 10, and having a concave portion 51 formed therein to be recessed from the other side in the direction of the axis O; and a first heat expansion fireproof material 6 provided in the concave portion 51 and expanding by heat. The heat is propagated to the first heat expansion fireproof material 6 via a gap between the fireproof member 5 and the wall 10 formed by relative movement of the arrangement member 2 and the wall 10 in the direction of the axis O, whereby the first heat expansion fireproof material 6 expands.
