To provide a manufacturing method of floor gallary and floor gallary having good air-conditioning efficiency and ventilation efficiency which reduces the pressure loss so that the flow of the air flow becomes smooth.SOLUTION: In a floor gully 1 installed in a floor opening opening to the floor surface, a plurality of galley members 10, 11 made of a bar material along the longitudinal direction of the floor opening and a plurality of galley members 10, 11, and a crosspiece 12 for supporting the gallar members 10, 11 are provided, and a tapered surface is formed in the gallary material so as to contract downward in a lower portion.(FIG. 10)
