PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for sharing command console memorandum information, capable of preserving information to be shared without the possibility of the information not shared.SOLUTION: A request is made from a command console 2 to obtain the history of memorandum data information (memorandum information) to which a reference is permitted. In response to the request, there is given a request for memorandum data, indicated by memorandum information included in the history of the memorandum information, which is received from a data management terminal 3 and displayed. In response to the request, the memorandum data is received from the data management terminal 3 and displayed. The command console 2 causes the transmission of input memorandum data, the sharing information of the memorandum data and the memorandum information. The data management terminal 3 stores the received memorandum data in association with the command console, which is the transmission source of the memorandum data, the memorandum information and the sharing information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
