PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tint design evaluation device and a tint design evaluation method capable of evaluating tint design matching to sensation of many users, easily.SOLUTION: The tint design evaluation device comprises: feature quantity calculation means for calculating plural feature quantities related to tint information of an image by analyzing image data; and evaluation value calculation means for calculating an evaluation value about an evaluation term of a space structure related to the analyzed image data by using tint impression correlation between an evaluation result about a predetermined evaluation term related to an impression evaluation to the space structure by several stages, which is determined in advance based on evaluation by plural persons and the plural feature quantities.
