PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preventing rupture of boiled eggs by heating with a microwave oven, a boiled egg for heating with a microwave oven and a production method of the boiled egg and a frozen food for heating with a microwave oven and a production method of the frozen food.SOLUTION: A method of preventing rupture of boiled eggs by heating with a microwave oven uses a shell-removed boiled egg obtained by cutting a frozen egg so as to expose at least a part of the yolk and yield a size of 1.5 cmor greater.
