PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method for a discharge lubricant capable of measuring an iron concentration in an oil discharged from bearings lubricated by an oil air lubrication system in an online manner, at low cost and highly frequently, an analysis device for the discharge lubricant, and a maintenance management method for the bearings using thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an analysis method for a discharge lubricant of measuring an iron concentration in a discharge lubricant supplied to bearings after discharging by an oil air lubrication system. The analysis method for the discharge lubricant is characterized in that: storing the discharge lubricant in a plurality of iron concentration measurement parts provided in the middle of a discharge line for feeding the discharge lubricant between a plurality of bearings and a recovery tank; measuring the iron concentration contained in the discharge lubricant stored in each of the plurality of iron concentration measurement parts; and discharging the discharge lubricant after the iron concentration measurement from the iron concentration measurement parts to the recovery tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
