PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate effects for promoting plant growth at high pressure and high temperature condition with a cedar material distillation liquid separation extracted by injecting high pressure steam to a cedar material and gradually increasing temperature.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a cedar wood part and cedar branch leaf component distillation liquid plant energy liquid formulation capable of generating effects of promoting growth of each plant and increasing yield, by injecting high pressure steam into a container to which a cedar material is delivered, gradually enhancing a high temperature and high pressure condition, securing a cedar wood part and cedar branch leaf liquid by separation extracted when the pressure reaches 0.48 MPa to 0.55 MPa and administering and spraying the cedar wood part and cedar branch leaf distillation liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
