PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a multilayer post-vitrification dried hydrogel having strong interlayer coupling.SOLUTION: A method of producing a multilayer post-vitrification dried hydrogel by bonding post-vitrification hydrogels to each other comprises (a) dropping or applying a collagen sol to a first post-vitrification hydrogel, (b) bringing a second post-vitrification hydrogel into contact with a surface having the dropped collagen sol across the collagen sol, (c) gelating the collagen sol to attach the first post-vitrification hydrogel and the second post-vitrification hydrogel to each other, (d) drying the post-vitrification hydrogel multilayer, and (e) irradiating the dried multilayer with ultraviolet to induce interlayer coupling.
