The host computer comprises: a transmission/reception part in which the HC can perform a transmission/reception between the TC and the TS; a data storage part that can store information data relating to the specific majority customer and the like; a means "a" that transmits the functional commodity information to the TC; a means "b" that receives the functional commodity information from the TC; a means "c" that transmits additional information to the TC; a means "d" that receives request information requesting any of the additional information and a response to a questionnaire from the TC; a means "e" that transmits the request information and the like received by the reception means "d" to the TS; a means "f" that transmits the request information and the like received by the reception means "d" to the TA; and a storage means that stores the information and the like transmitted and received by pieces of means "a" to "f" in the data storage part.
