PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to efficiently grasp a content meant by a change of information conducted in the past.;SOLUTION: A change meaning estimation device 20 includes: an analysis section 21 which extracts a component included in information before change and after change on the basis of an analysis reference, and then analyzes a relationship between the components on the basis of the analysis reference; a calculation section 22 which calculates a change content of the information as difference information using an identifier of the component on the basis of the analysis result and the difference calculation reference; a conversion section 23 which converts the difference information into generalization difference information without using the identifier on the basis of the analysis result and the conversion reference; a storage section 26 which stores change meaning estimation information in which the generalization difference information is related to information for estimating the meaning of the change content; and a meaning presentation section 24 which determines information indicating the meaning of the change content by collating the general difference information with the change meaning estimation information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
