PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation amount of soot.;SOLUTION: Provided is a tar reformer 200 comprising: a first flow passage (branched piping 320) and a second flow passage (main piping 310) through which a synthesis gas GG1 passes; a burning part 240 connected to the first flow passage and burning the synthesis gas GG1 introduced from the first flow passage with an oxidizer SZ at a stoichiometric ratio or more; a confluent part 250 connected to the burning part 240 and the second flow passage and introduced with a burnt exhaust gas NG produced at the burning part 240 and the synthesis gas GG1; and a catalyst part 260 retaining a catalyst reforming tar included in a mixed gas KG of the burnt exhaust gas NG and the synthesis gas GG1 generated at the confluent part 250 and introduced with the mixed gas KG.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
