PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryostat and an outgas estimation device for superconducting magnet constituent material capable of acquiring quantitative estimation data at an ultralow temperature with respect to a generation source of the outgas necessary for a superconducting magnet design and an absorbent (active carbon, zeolite, etc.) for absorbing the outgas in a cryostat and an outgas estimation device for superconducting magnet constituent material.SOLUTION: A cryostat and an outgas estimation device for superconducting magnet constituent material include: a container 9 attached with an orifice 9A; and a sample chamber 1 is provided with an ultralow temperature refrigerator cooling unit 3, and arrange: a quadrupole mass spectrometer Q in the upstream side of the orifice 9A; and a sample chamber 2 having vacuum gauges P arranged at the upstream side and the downstream side of the orifice 9A, respectively, and an ultralow temperature refrigerator cooling unit 4. The measurement of the outgas is made possible from a sample under ultralow temperature conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
