PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EO polymer having desired Tg.SOLUTION: There is provided a copolymer containing cycloalkane methacrylate and 2-isocyanate ethylmethacrylate as monomers and capable of providing a desired glass transition temperature (Tg) value by (1) varying blending ratio of the cycloalkane methacrylate and 2-isocyanate ethylmethacrylate and further (2) binding an electrooptic molecule (EO molecule).SELECTED DRAWING: None
