PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that estimates a harvesting season when the quality of taste of a crop is satisfactory.SOLUTION: A harvesting season estimating device 1 of a crop comprises: taste component amount estimating means (taste component amount estimating part 11c) for estimating a value of a taste component amount indicating the quality of each taste element by using measurement data being information of environment surrounding a crop; taste value estimating means (taste value estimating part 12c) for estimating a taste value of each taste element, which indicates how close the value of the taste component amount of each taste element is to a target value, by using the taste component amount of each taste element estimated by the taste component amount estimating means; taste estimating means (taste estimating part 13c) for obtaining an estimated value of the taste of a crop by using the taste value of each taste element estimated by the taste value estimating means; and a harvesting season estimating part (harvesting season estimating part 14c) which compares estimated values of the taste of a plurality of crop corresponding to the values of the taste component amount of each taste element at different points, which are calculated by the taste estimating means, and determines a recommended harvesting season or a recommended harvesting day.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
