PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting device capable of collecting the sunlight onto a back surface of a solar cell panel of a double-sided light receiving type by a method which can be performed in a low cost and in which the maintenance is easy.SOLUTION: A daylighting device of the present invention is a daylighting device used for a solar cell panel of a double-sided light receiving type. The daylighting device comprises: a light condensing lens that is arranged on a front surface of the solar cell panel and condenses the sunlight and guides the sunlight to a back surface side of the solar cell panel and is arranged on a front surface of the solar cell panel; a lens fixing device that fixes the light condensing lens; a convex reflection mirror that is arranged on the back surface side of the solar cell panel, and reflects the light guided by the light condensing lens to the back surface of the solar cell panel; and a reflection mirror pedestal base in which the convex reflection mirror is arranged. The lens fixing device and the reflection mirror pedestal base are coupled with a coupling member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
