PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in preventing increase in severity of life habit related disease.SOLUTION: A variable identification unit 102 of a device 1 for supporting extraction of person to be prevented from increasing in severity of life habit related disease refers to a medical examination information DB 111 and an operation result DB 112 and identifies check items having statistically significant difference between a prognostic condition improved group and a prognostic condition not improved group. A section estimation unit 103 estimates a confidence section in check values of check items identified by the variable specifying unit 102 for the prognostic condition improved group. A score assignment unit 104 assigns a score to a value capable of being taken as the check value of the check item identified by the variable identification unit 102 on the basis of the confidence section estimated by the section estimation unit 103. A score identification unit 105 identifies the score assigned to the check value for each of the check values of the candidate persons to be prevented from increasing in severity of life habit related disease. A total score calculation unit 106 calculates total sum of the scores identified by the score identification unit 105 for the candidate persons to be prevented from increasing in severity of life habit related disease.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
