PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience and safety about maintenance work in a device.SOLUTION: A system includes a terminal including a first radio communication part, a server including a first communication part, and a device including a second communication part and a second radio communication part. The server further includes a first control part for causing the first communication part to transmit maintenance reservation information including time zone information representing a time zone in which maintenance in the device is scheduled and authentication information for authenticating permission of the maintenance in the device to the device, the terminal further includes a second control part for causing the first radio communication part to transmit a first part of the authentication information to the device, and the device causes the second communication part to receive the maintenance reservation information from the server, and causes the second radio communication part to receive the authentication information from the terminal in the time zone shown by the time zone information received from the server, and further includes a third control part for easing restriction to a function for maintaining the device in the case that a second part of the authentication information received from the terminal is the same as a second part of the authentication information received from the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
