PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction by reducing a tidal current running through a distribution line as well as stable power supply.SOLUTION: A power accommodation block 10 is constituted of a plurality of users' houses (dwelling houses 11-1 to 11-N) and electric power is distributed between the plurality of houses through the distribution line 15. For a power state of the distribution line 15 of the power accommodation block 10 to be accommodated under a predetermined state, charge and discharge of a home battery 32 and sharing batteries 12-1 to 12-M dispersed on the distribution line 15 are controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
