PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a ranking of keywords, matching conversation subjects of a life, by correcting deviation of contributors of the Internet.SOLUTION: A topic word ranking device 100 comprises: a collection part 110 for collecting comments submitted to the Internet; a topic word extraction part 140 for extracting topic words, based on appearance frequency of words included in the comments collected by the collection part 110; a topic word cluster specification part 150 for referring to contributor distribution information in which the topic words extracted by the topic word extraction part 140 contains information of a cluster in which the contributors are classified, and a ratio of number of people of the cluster, and the comments collected by the collection part 110, and thereby clustering a cluster which each topic word matches; and a ranking part 160 for, based on a correction value obtained by correcting the appearance frequency of each topic word extracted by the topic word extraction part 140, with the ratio of number of people of the cluster which the topic word specified by the topic word cluster specification part 150 matches, by referring to the contributor distribution information, making a ranking of the respective topic words.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
