A gas release groove 7 is formed on the upper surface of the anvil 3, and in an upper side opening part 70 in the gas release groove 7, one end 71 is opened on the bottom part restraining surface 32 as a gas release port 72, and the upper side opening part 70 of the gas release groove 7 is blocked up by a lower end surface of the die body 2 except for its gas release port 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
