PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process liquid for forming an insulated tensile film (chromium-free tensile film) that has excellent film properties such as powder generation resistance and frictional properties, resists a decrease in space factors, and is free of chromium; a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet (chromium-free tensile film-attached grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet) having the chromium-free tensile film; a method for producing the chromium-free tensile film-attached grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet; and a transformer core.SOLUTION: A chromium-free tensile film-attached grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is obtained by applying a process liquid containing phosphate, colloidal silica, a lithium compound, and at least one metal element M (M is Fe, Ni, Co or Mn) under a specific condition to an electromagnetic steel sheet for baking.SELECTED DRAWING: None
