PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination system, an examination unit, and a display unit capable of improving convenience for a user while securing safety property of an examination device.SOLUTION: An examination system 1000 includes an examination device 10, a display device 6, a display control part 115 for causing the display device 6 to display an image, and an external device 200. The display control part 115 causes the display device 6 to display an image compositing an examination image based on a signal from the examination device 10 and an external image based on a signal from the external device 200. When there is a pressing operation by a user to the examination image, the display control part 115 transmits a signal corresponding to the operation to the examination device 10 without using the external device 200, and, when there is a pressing operation by the user to the external image, it transmits a signal corresponding to the operation to the external device 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
