PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hybrid power generation system which stably operates an SOFC in response to a change in a composition of a biogas of which the methane concentration is instable, the hybrid power generation system comprising the SOFC using the biogas as a raw fuel.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a control device 70 for a hybrid power generation system 1 comprising: a fuel cell 10 including a fuel electrode to which a fuel raw gas is supplied, an air electrode to which an oxidative gas is supplied, and a recirculation line 304 for recirculating an exhaust fuel raw gas that is exhausted from the fuel electrode, and using a biogas 20 as the fuel raw gas; a gas turbine 80 which is operated by using the exhaust fuel raw gas exhausted from the fuel cell 10; and a concentration meter 21 for measuring at least one of a carbon dioxide concentration and a methane concentration in the biogas 20. A flow rate of supply to the recirculation line 304 is controlled by using a first correction coefficient that is preset in accordance with the carbon dioxide concentration or the methane concentration of the fuel raw gas to be supplied to the fuel electrode 109.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
