PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved vehicle wrong-way driving prevention device, an improved vehicle wrong-way driving prevention method, and an improved program, for preventing a wrong-way driving of an own vehicle in advance.;SOLUTION: A vehicle wrong-way driving prevention device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a position determination part for determining whether or not a vehicle is located within a service area or a parking area; a traveling state determination part for determining whether or not the vehicle is shifted from a parking state to a traveling state; a caution determination part for determining whether a condition is satisfied of performing a caution to prevent a wrong-way driving for an occupant of a vehicle when the position determination part determines that the vehicle is located within the service area or the parking area and the traveling state determination part determines that the vehicle is shifted from the parking state to the traveling state; and a caution performing part for performing a caution.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
