PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of tungsten carbide-based super hard alloy powder excellent in toughness suitable as a cutting tool generating a stress cycle of strong load-removing load on a tip, a WC-based super hard alloy sintered body and a WC-based super hard alloy-made cutting tool.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a WC-based super hard alloy powder including repeatedly conducting a fracture treatment of a raw material powder consisting of 6 to 12 mass% of cobalt powder having an average particle diameter of 1.5 μm or less, 0.5 to 20 mass% of one or more kind of carbide or carbonitride powder of 4A, 5A, 6A group element having average particle diameter of 7.0 μm or less (excluding tungsten) and the balance tungsten carbide powder having the average particle diameter of 0.5 to 7.0 μm in an in-vessel liquid solvent by using spherical hard media having relatively large diameter D of 5.0 to 20.0 mm&phgr; and a cracking treatment by using spherical hard media having relatively small diameter d satisfying a relationship of d/D=0.08 to 0.16 to pulverize and mix, a WC-based super hard alloy sintered body and a WC-based super hard alloy-made cutting tool.
