PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attack countermeasure determination system capable of more properly determining a countermeasure of a constitution against attack means.SOLUTION: An attack countermeasure determination system comprises: a detection information generation part 102 for generating attack detection information 121 containing attack means of cyber attack, detection means for detecting the attack means, and detection accuracy of the detection means to the attack means; and a countermeasure state determination part 104 for acquiring the attack detection information 121, and constitution countermeasure information 15 containing detection means which is executed as a countermeasure against the attack means in a constitution which is an object of the cyber attack, as constitution detection means, then based on the detection accuracy included in the attack detection information 121 and the constitution countermeasure information 15, determining an effective degree indicating a degree of effectiveness of a countermeasure in the constitution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
