PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation plan formulation device capable of formulating a power generation plan in consideration of performance or a group of power generation facilities.;SOLUTION: A power generation plan formulation device according to one embodiment includes: a power generation information processing unit for predicting performance on the basis of data on natural environment when information on performance of power generation facilities or a group is processed, or registering data on the power generation facilities belonging to the group and data on restrictions on the group as definition of the group; and a power generation plan creation unit for creating a power generation plan relative to the power generation facilities on the basis of the performance or the definition. The power generation plan creation unit creates a first and a second power generation plans on the basis of the performance predicted by the first and second data on the natural environment to create a third power generation plan, or selects load distribution about at least either a first group or a second group to which the power generation facilities having first and second performance belong, to create the power generation plan on the basis of the selected one.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
