PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to recognize optimum tasks by using efficiently hardware resources and performing various simulation calculations at high speed and at a lower cost, when doing task simulation.SOLUTION: A task plan optimizing device 1 includes a general processing section 2 and a plurality of simulators 3 communicatively connected to and supervised by the general processing section 2. The general processing unit 2 recognizes a processable amount of each of the simulators 3 changing over time, transmits to each simulator 3 a simulation processing request of the simulation processing within an optimum processing amount within a processable amount recognized by each simulator 3 together with task status information groups and simulation processing conditions, receives a plurality of evaluation value groups as the simulation processing result based on the work status information group and the simulation processing condition from each simulator 3, and recognizes the evaluation value group of the highest evaluation based on the task objective function of the received plural evaluation value groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
