PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kinetic moisture absorption/desorption evaluation device, a kinetic moisture absorption/desorption evaluation method and a kinetic moisture absorption/desorption evaluation program, capable of widely analyzing characteristics of a sample.SOLUTION: A kinetic moisture absorption/desorption evaluation device adjusts a vapor concentration in a test gas inside a measurement chamber where a sample is arranged, and measures, at a measurement part, a moisture content in the sample inside the measurement chamber. When the vapor concentration is changed in the test gas inside the measurement chamber, a deviation B is calculated with regard to a change in the moisture content in the sample measured at the measurement part in response to the change in the vapor concentration. The calculated deviation B of the change in the moisture content in the sample corresponds to a moisture absorption/desorption speed of the sample. Thus, not only the moisture content of the sample but also the moisture absorption/desorption speed can be analyzed, so that characteristics of the sample can be widely analyzed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
