PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a third person to give warning to a terminal user under telephone call using a terminal even when the third person does not know a telephone number of the terminal.;SOLUTION: A first terminal having a warning message notification program comprises: an accepting unit 80 which accepts, from a user, an instruction to notify a warning message to the other terminal under telephone call; and a transmission unit 84. For an information processing device 13 different from the own device when the accepting unit 80 has accepted the instruction, the transmission unit 84 identifies as a telephone number of the other terminal under telephone call, the telephone number which is one of the telephone numbers of the plurality of other terminals under telephone call in the cellular base station communication area where the own device is present and which coincides with the telephone number of the terminal present in a communication area of an access point of another network in which the own device is present, and the transmission unit 84 uses the identified telephone number to transmit a notification request S_request requesting to transmit the warning message to the other terminal under the telephone call.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
