PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis apparatus for occupational stress survey capable of providing objective analysis information.;SOLUTION: An analysis apparatus for occupational stress survey inputs a plurality of self-evaluations corresponding to a plurality of self-evaluation items concerning work of a survey target person as a plurality of explanatory variables and inputs the self-evaluation of the survey target person that is an objective variable. For each of a plurality of survey target persons belonging to a certain population, the plurality of explanatory variables and the objective variable are input. By calculating a relationship between the objective variable and the explanatory variables for the plurality of survey target person belonging to the population by multivariate analysis, a coefficient in each of the plurality of explanatory variables and a P-value (significance probability) of the coefficient thereof are calculated, and the larger ones of the plurality of coefficients obtained by the calculation and the P-values thereof are displayed as characteristics of the population.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
