PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress performance from decreasing even if a tendency to access a key-value store with a query that a user executes changes.;SOLUTION: A KV data structure conversion device comprises: KV data storage means for storing KV data such that every predetermined number of record data as data included in rows of a table are stored at respective leaf nodes of a balanced tree in value orders of range keys which are values of a first column of the table; inquiry processing method for retrieving from the KV data record data having values of a column of the table, specified with a query, within a specified range, and performing update or reference processing; statistical information gathering means for accumulating statistical information including the number of times of specification of a column with a query in correspondence with the column; and data structure conversion means for selecting a column having the largest number of times (hereinafter, a second column) and then converting the KV data in the KV data storage means into KV data including values of the second column as range keys.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
