PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic compound presence estimation method which allows for accurately and easily estimating the presence of metallic compounds, an exploration method for metallic ore deposits, a resource development method, a mining method, a production method for secondary copper sulfide, a resource production method, a mine development method and a drilling method.;SOLUTION: A metallic compound presence estimation method of the present invention is for estimating a location and/or abundance of a metallic compound, and comprises steps of; observing a reflection spectrum at an observation point in a wavelength range of 350-2500 nm and acquiring observed values of the reflection spectrum; obtaining an observed reflection spectrum by normalizing the observed values; and comparing the observed reflection spectrum with a compound reflection spectrum of the metallic compound.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
