PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical instructor dispatch support apparatus, system and method for quickly and easily coordinating dispatch according to requests for temporary staff.;SOLUTION: A technical instructor dispatch support apparatus includes a candidate selecting unit for selecting a dispatch candidate based on request information, and a storage unit for storing information on the dispatch candidate. The candidate selecting unit comprises: a user request dispatcher selection unit for selecting the dispatch candidate based on the request information; a registration information extraction unit for receiving dispatch candidate information extracted from the storage unit; a dispatch fee calculation unit for calculating a dispatch fee for the dispatch candidate based on the request information and the dispatch candidate information; and a dispatch pattern calculating unit for calculating a dispatch pattern based on the dispatch candidate and the dispatch fee. The storage unit comprises: a dispatch candidate registration information storage unit for storing dispatch candidate personnel related information in an identifier of the dispatching candidate; a dispatch fee information storage unit for storing the identifier of the dispatch candidate and the dispatch candidate in association with the dispatch fee; and a plant information storage unit for storing a plurality of pieces of plant information related to a dispatching destination.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
