PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize an influence degree of an infection.;SOLUTION: A server 100 obtains an index indicating propagation possibility of an infection between a first area and a second area. The server 100 specifies a number of sojourners corresponding to the second area by referring a storage part storing a number of sojourners in an area associated to an area. The server 100 estimates an influence degree of the infection from the first area to the second area on the basis of the obtained index and the specified number of the sojourners.
