PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating lifestyle-related disease indicator or the like capable of providing highly reliable information that can be helpful in knowing a state of an indicator (risk factor) of lifestyle-related disease.SOLUTION: A method of evaluating lifestyle-related disease indicator includes the steps of: obtaining amino acid concentration data on concentration values of amino acid in blood collected from a subject to be evaluated; and evaluating a state of an indicator of lifestyle-related disease for the subject to be evaluated by using the concentration values of the amino acid of Gly and Tyr included in the amino acid concentration data of the obtained subject to be evaluated.
