PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortion amount calculator for calculating a stress from a stress light emission luminance.SOLUTION: The distortion amount calculator includes: an acquisition part for acquiring an image taken by an imaging part, the imaging part sequentially taking images of an object on which a stress light-emitting material is applied; a measurement part for measuring a light emission luminance from the image acquired by the acquisition part; a calculation part for calculating the distortion amount of the object based on the load on the object on the basis of the change over time of the light emission luminance measured by the measurement part; and an output unit for outputting information on the distortion amount calculated by the calculation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
