PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry/exit management device, an entry/exit management system, and entry/exit management program capable of improving convenience of a user.SOLUTION: An entry/exit management device of an embodiment includes a communication unit, a discrimination unit, and an entry/exit management unit. The communication unit receives, from an automatic ticket examination machine connected via a network, fingerprint information representing the shape of a fingerprint read by the automatic ticket examination machine. The discrimination unit discriminates the type of at least one authority previously assigned to each finger of a user on the basis of the fingerprint information received by the communication unit. The entry/exit management unit determines whether to permit entry/exit of the user on the basis of the type of the authority discriminated by the discrimination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
