PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning source member which can form a web-shaped structure member and is excellent in spinning property.;SOLUTION: A spinning source member comprises a substrate and a carbon nano-tube forest formed on a base surface of the substrate, at least a portion of the base surface being made from alumina. A web forming ratio is 1000 or more, which is a ratio of a length of the web-shaped structure member in a first direction that is in-plain of the base surface, to a length of the carbon nano-tube forest before the carbon nano-tube forest is drawn when the web-shaped structure member is obtained by drawing the carbon nano-tube forest in the first direction.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
