PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call history update system capable of sharing a piece of response information to incoming calls among plural telephone units sharing an incoming call history.;SOLUTION: The incoming call history update system includes: a telephone switchboard; and plural telephone units each transmits/receives a call via the telephone switchboard. When any one of the telephone units included in the incoming call group makes a call responding to an incoming call, the telephone unit transmits a piece of information for identifying the incoming call to the telephone switchboard.
