PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a warning if hitting force is too weak or too strong when striking a structure by discriminating proper hitting force.;SOLUTION: When a worker pre-inputs a frequency range FR of an object of judgement and striking force upper and lower limit values PL, PH, striking force discrimination threshold value setting means 20 sets a striking force discrimination threshold value. At striking force survey time of the structure of a survey object, a signal of the striking force from a force pick up 5 is taken into a PC 8 by a striking force data acquisition part 21, and the signal of the striking force is frequency-analyzed by a first frequency spectrum converter 22 so as to be converted into first frequency spectra. A component only of the discrimination object frequency range FR of the striking force discrimination threshold value is extracted and summed from among the first frequency spectra converted by a partial overall calculation part 23 so as to calculate the partial overall. The partial overall calculated by a striking force discrimination part 24 is compared with the striking force upper and lower limit values PL, PH, and whether the striking force is within the proper range is discriminated, and a discrimination result is outputted to the PC 8 and the warning is issued when it is not suitable.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
