PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bend and form a cutting/raising piece Wf inside of a workpiece W by the cutting/raising work using a press brake, even if a width dimension of a portion Wf' corresponding to a cutting/raising piece formed inside of the workpiece W is short.;SOLUTION: A semicircular column-shaped bending roll 40 is rotatably provided in a recess 26 of a lower die base 24, a roll abutment claw part 42 is formed along the die width direction in one side of the die thickness direction in the upper part of the bending roll 40, and a bend claw part (push-up claw part) 44 is formed in the other side of the die thickness direction in the upper part of the bending roll 40 and only in some areas of the die width direction.
