PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asset management data preparing apparatus, an asset management data preparing method, and an asset management data preparing program capable of reducing labor, and in particular, the one required for recording stock in managing substitutable selling assets.;SOLUTION: The asset management data preparing apparatus according to the present invention is an asset management data preparing apparatus for preparing asset management data relating to substitutable selling assets. A control unit of the asset management data preparing apparatus determines whether or not an asset relating to sales is registered in inventory data with respect to asset information on the asset and inventory quantity information on an inventory quantity of the asset mutually associated with the asset information. When it is determined that the asset relating to sales is registered in the inventory data, the control unit prepares procurement data for the asset relating to sales as one of the asset management data, on the basis of sales data of the asset relating to the sales and the asset information contained in the inventory data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
