PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed hesperidin-containing beverage suppressed in the foreign odor of hesperidin (adhesive plaster-like odor) increased by combined use of hesperidin and a high sweetness sweetener and a method for producing the same, and further to provide a container-packed hesperidin-containing beverage suppressed in foreign taste (harsh taste) caused by combined use of hesperidin, a high sweetness sweetener and basic amino acid (in particular, ornithine) and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The foreign odor of hesperidin increased by combined use of hesperidin and a high sweetness sweetener can be controlled by incorporating specified flavor components (ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, methyl caproate and/or butyl butyrate) of a specified concentration(s) into the beverage. Further, the peculiar foreign taste (harsh taste) caused by combined use of hesperidin, a high sweetness sweetener and basic amino acid (in particular, ornithine) can be controlled by incorporating "ethyl acetate" of a specified concentration and "ethyl acetate, butyl butyrate and/or methyl caproate" of a specified concentration(s) into the beverage.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
