PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable oil and fat-containing sludge water to be treated so that oil-and-fat containing sludge is hardly agglomerate.SOLUTION: An oil and fat-containing sludge water treatment apparatus comprising a storage tank 1 for storing oil and fat-containing sludge water, wherein the storage tank 1 has a receiving unit 11 for receiving the oil and fat-containing sludge water and a drainage unit 12 for draining the oil and fat-containing sludge water by a drainage pump 15, comprises an agitation device 13 for agitating the inside of the storage tank 1, an alkali input unit 14 for adjusting the pH of the inside of the storage tank 1 to 6 to 8, and a control unit 4 for controlling the operation of the drainage pump 15, the agitation device 13 and the alkali input unit 14, wherein the control unit 4 causes the alkali input unit 14 to operate to adjust the pH of the oil and fat-containing sludge water inside the storage tank 1 to 6 to 8, then causes the agitation device 13 to operate only for a predetermined time to agitate the oil and fat-containing sludge water inside the storage tank 1 and causes the drainage pump 15 to operate to drain the agitated oil and fat-containing sludge water inside the storage tank 1 to the outside of the storage tank 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
