PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time until fine coals is no longer mixed in a liquid even if LV of the liquid is high.;SOLUTION: A granular active carbon adsorption tower 2 has: a filling container 11 comprising an upper portion 13 and a shank 14; a liquid supply nozzle 22 which is provided on a lower portion of the filling container 11, and supplies a liquid which is treated with granular active carbons; a collector 24 which penetrates the upper portion and is provided above the liquid supply nozzle 22, and collects the liquid which is treated with the granular active carbons; a supply port 17 for the granular active carbons which is provided on the upper portion; and an exhaust port for the granular active carbons which is provided in the filling container 11. The collector 24 has a first filter 27 which is positioned in the filling container 11, permits passage of the liquid and blocks passage of the granular active carbons, and an outlet duct 28 which is positioned on a downstream side of the first filter 27 with respect to flow of the liquid, penetrates the upper portion 13, and discharges the liquid to the exterior of the filling container 11, and an upper end of the first filter 27 is positioned below the upper portion 13.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
